Development services

Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. Share your current website and explain the changes you need. We can review its structure, content, user journeys and technical setup before discussing the scope. Visit our website development page for more information.
Can you develop a website and mobile app for the same product?
We can discuss a connected website and mobile app project. The scope should define shared data, user accounts, administrative tools and the features needed on each platform.
Can you build custom software or a SaaS platform?
Yes. Share your workflows, user roles, reporting needs and integration requirements. For SaaS projects, also explain subscriptions, customer account separation and administration needs.
Can you add AI features to an existing application?
Share your intended use case and current application. Feasibility depends on available data, system access, integration options and how the feature’s quality will be evaluated.
Can you connect our ERP, CRM or other business systems?
We can review integration requirements. Share the system names, versions, available APIs and the data or workflows you want to connect. Compatibility and access requirements need to be confirmed.

Scope & delivery

How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on features, design requirements, integrations, platform choices and delivery scope. Share your requirements and budget range to request a relevant proposal.
How long does development take?
Timelines depend on project complexity, content readiness, integrations and review cycles. A delivery schedule should be agreed after the requirements are reviewed.
Can we launch an MVP first?
Yes. We can discuss an initial release focused on essential user tasks, with additional features planned for later phases. Agreeing clear launch priorities helps define the first version.
What happens if requirements change during development?
Changes should be reviewed for their effect on scope, cost and schedule, then agreed before implementation. The project proposal should explain the change process.

Product demonstrations

How do I request a Digital Wallet demonstration?
Use our contact form and select Digital Wallet Demo. Share your target country, intended users, payment workflows and integration needs. Features and deployment requirements should be confirmed during the discussion.
How do I request a DTMS demonstration?
Select DTMS Demo on our contact page . Include transformer types, asset count, installation locations, connectivity and required measurements.
Can product solutions be adapted to our requirements?
Share the changes, integrations and deployment arrangements you need. Available customisation, licensing and implementation scope should be confirmed in the product proposal.

Handover & support

Who owns the code and project assets?
Ownership, source-code access and handover terms should be defined in your agreement. Third-party components and licensed products may have separate usage terms.
Is maintenance included after launch?
Warranty, maintenance and ongoing support depend on the agreed package. Confirm coverage, response arrangements and recurring costs in your proposal.
Will I be able to update website content?
Discuss which pages and content you want to manage. Editing access, CMS configuration and any training should be included in the agreed handover scope.
Are hosting and third-party subscriptions included?
Confirm these separately in the proposal. Hosting, domains, paid plugins, external APIs and other subscriptions can create recurring costs.
