Illustrative architecture. Your solution depends on device capabilities and project requirements.
Connected data should answer a practical question.
Which asset needs attention? Has a reading crossed a threshold? Is a device still reporting? An IoT project becomes useful when the information supports a clear decision or workflow.
We help define those requirements and build the software connecting available device data with the people and systems that need it.
Build the connection from device to dashboard.
We assess hardware compatibility, connectivity and data access before confirming the implementation scope.
Device and gateway integration
Connect supported devices, gateways or existing data feeds. Define device identities, message formats and communication requirements.
Data collection and storage
Plan how readings are received, validated, timestamped and stored, including requirements for missing or delayed data.
Web and mobile dashboards
Present asset status, historical trends and relevant measurements through interfaces designed for your users.
Alerts and operational workflows
Define thresholds, notification recipients and escalation requirements so events can reach the appropriate team.
Business system integrations
Assess connections with maintenance, ERP, CRM or reporting systems using available APIs and agreed data flows.
Access and device management
Plan user permissions, device onboarding, activity records and operational support requirements for the deployment.
Where connected monitoring can help.
These are use cases to explore during discovery. Hardware, site conditions and available data determine feasibility.
Asset condition monitoring
Bring available electrical and environmental readings into a shared view, with asset information, trends and threshold-based alerts.
Equipment visibility
Explore equipment status, operating measurements and event reporting to support maintenance and operational reviews.
Site and environment monitoring
Assess monitoring needs for temperature, occupancy, water or energy usage across buildings and facilities.
Asset and shipment visibility
Explore location or condition tracking where supported by the selected devices and network coverage.
Distribution Transformer Monitoring System
DTMS focuses on visibility into transformer measurements, asset information and monitoring workflows. Explore the product page or request a demonstration to discuss your deployment requirements.

IoT development FAQs
Can you work with our existing devices?
Compatibility depends on the device documentation, communication interfaces and access to its data. Share the device model and available technical information for a feasibility review.
Does an IoT project include hardware?
Hardware supply, installation, firmware and software responsibilities should be agreed separately in the project scope. Tell us what equipment you already have and where additional support is needed.
How frequently can the dashboard update?
Update frequency depends on device reporting intervals, connectivity, power constraints and the platform design. We define the required frequency during discovery.
What happens when a device loses connectivity?
The design should distinguish current readings from stale or missing data. Offline buffering and later synchronisation depend on the device or gateway capabilities.
Can monitoring data connect with our ERP or maintenance system?
Integration depends on the destination system's APIs, permissions and supported workflows. We review these before confirming the connection scope.
Can we start with a small pilot?
A limited pilot can help validate connectivity, data quality and user workflows. The pilot scope and acceptance criteria should be agreed before development begins.
Can AI be added to an IoT solution?
Analytics or AI features can be assessed when sufficient, relevant data is available. Feasibility depends on data quality, the intended prediction and how performance can be evaluated.
