Design with a purpose

Help people understand, navigate and act.

A digital experience needs to communicate what you offer and help visitors complete meaningful tasks. That starts with content structure, navigation and an understanding of your users.

We connect those foundations with visual design, bringing your identity into the pages, screens and interactions customers use.

Our design approach

Explore, design, review and prepare.

Review your audience, business goals, existing identity and the journeys that matter most.

  2. 02 / STRUCTURE

    Map the experience

Define content hierarchy, navigation and key flows through wireframes and early concepts.

  3. 03 / DESIGN

    Develop the direction

Refine layouts, visual styles and agreed prototypes through planned feedback rounds.

  4. 04 / HANDOVER

    Prepare for implementation

Organise approved designs, assets and guidance for your development team.

Make the approved design easier to build.

We agree the handover requirements early so designers and developers have a shared understanding of the scope.

Common questions

UI/UX design and branding FAQs

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

UX design focuses on how the experience is organised and how people complete tasks. UI design focuses on the screens, visual hierarchy and interactive elements through which they use that experience.

Can you work with our existing brand identity?

Yes. Share your logo, brand guidelines and existing assets. We can define a design scope that applies your current identity or explores agreed refinements.

Can you design without developing the website or app?

Design can be scoped as a separate engagement, with deliverables prepared for your development team. Development and implementation support can also be discussed separately.

Will the designs include mobile layouts?

Responsive requirements are agreed at the start. The scope should identify the pages, screen sizes and interaction states that need to be designed.

Can we review a prototype before development?

An interactive prototype can be included for selected journeys. It helps review navigation and interactions, while the final product requires development.

Do you consider accessibility?

Accessibility considerations can include readable typography, colour contrast, clear labels and interaction guidance. Any specific standard, audit or testing requirement should be agreed in the project scope.

How is the design project priced?

Pricing depends on the research requirements, number of pages or screens, branding scope, prototypes and feedback rounds. Share your brief for a scope-based discussion.
